Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volume periods, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Major cities: 3–4 business days
- Other areas / rural regions: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply on selected products or orders above a certain value.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure accurate shipping details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restricted ordering access.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your order through the courier’s official website.
Delays & Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Customs or regional restrictions (if applicable)
- High order volume
- Incorrect address details
Nexvora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 3–5 days so we can investigate with the courier service.
